We offer one month teaching placements through the University of Toronto.

CAN I DO LOCUMS IN CLARINGTON?

YES. Locums refer to a doctor coming in and doing vacation relief or maternity leaves for existing doctors. Generally, we use physicians who have done some training during their residency and are familiar with this community. If you’re interested you can send us an email and include your contact information, and it will be circulated among physician groups.

ARE THERE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES?
Clarington doctors have a strong commitment to the process of teaching and offering residents and medical students an opportunity for a wide spectrum of learning experiences in our clinical and hospital settings.

Through our partnership with the Rural Ontario Medical Program we can easily be contacted and matched through all medical schools in Ontario.
